Ingrid Middleton LCSW, MSW, MA. MS is a natural healer and psychotherapist with degrees in psychotherapy, film, art, anthropology and is a certified yoga and mindfulness leader. She specializes in deep and exploratory approaches to therapy helping those feel that life is both a journey and adventure in learning about one's strengths and capacities.
